Golden Globes
I took a break after setting up this blog and turned on the TV. I came across the Golden Globe awards on E!. Because of the writer's strike it was pared down to a handful of Hollywood reporters reading the nominees and reporting the winners. Mary Hart from Entertainment Tonight was shining. Absolutely elated because she was a presenter. Delighted so much I think star shine and moonbeams were shooting out of her framazama. She was electric! The whole ceremony maybe took a half hour, making it the best awards show I have ever seen. No kidding. Who needs all the bullshit?

yeah
Do tell us about The Soup and The Girls Next Door. I'm not familiar with either. In my world the girls next door are a tad scary. Prone to irrational displays of un-neighborliness when we plant tomatoes too close to their side of the property line. They might be interesting sitcom material, though. Two 70s era throwbacks, radical lesbian feminist, pseudo-buddhist, and decidedly misanthropic.
the girls next door is a guilty indulgence of mine. i somehow like those women, even though kendra has the mentality of a fencepost and their only goal in life is to look like they are twenty. hef really shocks me too. one of my other favorite shows, A daily show with john stewart, talked about the golden globes with equally glowing report. on CNN though, larry king commented on the results over ET's presentation with comical results. maybe it will start of trend...
